Jodie Becker
I’m a dedicated triathlete, proud mom, and passionate business owner. I’ve been working with the Hydropool Swim Spas team for over seven years, and throughout that time, I’ve developed an extensive library of aquatic fitness videos specifically for the Hydropool and Jacuzzi teams. I’m passionate about helping retailers bring the story of backyard aquatic fitness to life. With my insights, practical strategies, and hands-on experience, I’m here to help you and your team take your swim spa sales to the next level.
Erika Hendrick
Hi! My name is Erika Hendrick and I am a triathlete from Grandbend, Ontario. I have been working with Jacuzzi and the Hydropool brand for about a year now. My expertise in swimming comes from the fifteen years I spent as a competitive swimmer; a journey which ended as the women’s swim team captain at uOttawa in 2010. After the birth of my first child, I reconnected with the sport of triathlon and have not looked back since!
As well as an athlete, I am also a high school English teacher who coaches cross county and volleyball. I live on a hundred acre hobby farm with my husband Drew, and our three children: Heidi, Alice and Axel. We value our time as a family and prioritize activities and outings that promote health and wellness. Most recently, my oldest daughter competed in her first triathlon (at 7 years of age!) and placed to third in her age group.
Lauren Manders
My name is Lauren! I am a teacher, an artist, a photographer and a triathlete. Before settling back down in my hometown of Stratford, Ontario, I lived in Ottawa for university and attended teachers college in New Zealand. While competing in triathlons is a huge part of my life, so is travel! When I can find a way to incorporate the two, there’s no holding me back. My beloved sport has brought me to places like Holland, Germany and Spain and I hope to continue adding to that list. My partner and I own a gym in town where I continue my love of coaching and helping athletes reach their goals. I have been with the amazing team at Hydropool for a couple of years now and I am excited for all the work we will do together in the future!
Alexa Pappas
Hello, my name is Alexa, and I am currently pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Life Sciences and Chemistry at Queen's University. I have a passion for swimming and love participating in triathlons as the swimmer for a relay team! Balancing my academic and athletic pursuits has taught me the value of discipline, teamwork, and perseverance.
