Creating a habit of getting into water everyday while adding physical activity on top of that is a recipe for overall better health.

The 21-Day Wellness Challenge is designed to energize both your mind and body utilizing a swim spa or backyard pool.

Anyone who engages in this workout series will be able to challenge their limits with high-energy anaerobic activity while steadily enhancing their overall fitness through aerobic exercise.

Our guided movements bridge the mind-body connection, emphasizing mindfulness throughout, while providing guidance on balance, flexibility and mobility.

MEET YOUR TRAINER

JODIE BECKER

Jodie Becker is a Fitness Professional, Triathlete, Event Planner and Mom of a 2 year old. After a 10-year career in the world of professional sports and entertainment management, Jodie moved away from the private sector in 2016 when she founded the non-profit organization: Fitness for Mental Health as she understands and advocates for the importance of physical activity for mental well being. Formerly competitive but now just competing for fun, Jodie went on to qualify for the World Championships of Triathlon, host fitness retreats in Mexico and works as a coach and group fitness instructor. Jodie holds a certification as a personal trainer, group fitness instructor, triathlon coach and meditation practitioner and is an aquatic fitness instructor.

▵ JENNIFER HICKS is a canfitpro certified Personal Training Specialist (and Size Inclusive Fitness Specialist) and loves sharing the feel-good effects of movement. She believes that all bodies are good bodies and that all forms of movement are beneficial. She takes a fun and spirited approach to fitness and prioritizes the importance of feeling good while moving. She is sensitive to the fitness "baggage" (trauma) many of us carry, and brings her weight neutral, size-inclusive, diet-free, trauma-informed, anti-racist, anti-ableist, anti-ageist and anti-oppressive perspective and skills to the training experience. Jennifer focuses on functional training for beginners and centres the use of body weight in training.

▵ CARI GANGARAM is certified Fitness Instructor and the founder of everyBODY Fitness with Cari – a virtual fitness platform where you can access live Zoom classes or On Demand. Cari specializes in Strength training, HIIT, Kickboxing and Bootcamp style workouts. She prides herself on teaching to multiple levels so everyBODY can feel included and empowered in every workout.

▵ KEVIN KOBAYASHI is a certified Personal Training Specialist (PTS), fitness studio owner, and lifelong athlete! His passion for movement is inspired by his love for the process - choosing to exercise because you enjoy it. Kevin believes that every incredible journey starts with an intention. Whether it’s swimming, weight training, sports, or anything in between, start with what you actually like and always do what feels good in your body and mind. Sticking with an exercise program is easy, when you find yourself looking forward to your next workout. Through his background in functional exercise, high intensity interval training (HIIT), and a variety of movements, Kevin is excited to support you through the 21 Day Challenge with Hydropool. FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

  • Some people believe that it takes 21 days to form a new habit. The truth is, it takes much longer than that to create meaningful change in your life. This program provides users the opportunity to try a variety of workouts in a comfortable, backyard setting. Three weeks is a real commitment, but we hope that you will continue to utilize these workouts long beyond the 21-day challenge.

  • Each session is approximately 20 minutes in length. Some workouts include a cool down, and others do not. In this case, it is important to take some time to stretch and recover before getting on with your day.

  • You can start any day of the week! Choose a day that will set you up for three weeks of commitment movement. That being said, The program works best if participants start on Day 1 and work their way through each of the 21 days.

  • Each instructor provides modifications and options for a variety of injuries and mobility challenges.
    Please remember to consult with your doctor before starting any exercise program.

  • Yes! You’ll receive the 21 days of emails, so you can save them and participate whenever you choose, however we do encourage you to participate during the live challenge, so you can get support.
