STEP 1

We’ll get to know each other through a 1-hour phone call and a comprehensive intake assessment form. This will help me to develop your unique plan
and set you up for success.

Receive your first plan.
You’ll work your personalized training plan and I’ll be here to keep you committed.

 

STEP 3

Maintain accountability and crush your goals whether you’re a beginner or intermediate. As we approach the start line, I’m here to answer
all of your questions about gear and race preparation.
You’ll get my expertise through on-going text support
(answered within 24 – 48 hours)

BEGINNER PLANS

We will work together to create a plan to get you safely to your first (or first in a while) race. This will include detailed training plans custom designed to your skills and your lifestyle.

INTERMEDIATE PLANS

The Intermediate plan is for athletes who have dabbled in racing but want to take their experiences to the next level. Maybe you need more structure in your life, maybe you want to try and hit a podium. We will work together to build, set goals and push towards them. I will help you to fine tune your training schedule, ensure we are giving the right focus to
physical strength and mental training.

After over 10 years in the sport, I am so happy to be sharing my knowledge, experience, and love of triathlon with you. Having worked with athletes of all levels - from total beginners to elite racers, I look forward to the opportunity to guide you on your journey.

One of my favourite things about triathlon is the people – who you meet along the way, train beside, and the familiar faces who give you a wave or a smile on race day. They make this sport so special.
