Spin - 1 Hour Class

Thursdays at 6:00am

A 45-minute cardiovascular workout that is authentic to "the road" followed by 15 minutes of core work. If you don't do it outside on a bicycle, we won't be doing it in my class. Work through drills and hills to enhance your cardiovascular fitness and improve performance. 

Sculpt and Tone Fitness - 1 Hour Class

Tuesdays at 9:30am

Thursdays at 8:00am

A mat-style, total body workout, this class will have you working up a sweat! Using dumbbells, and body-weight resistance, we will work through a series of exercises and movements aimed at increasing strength and muscular endurance.
