I have been coaching for over 15 years: from the basketball court in high school, to snowboarding in British Columbia, I have always loved sharing my passion for recreational activity with others. After spending 8 years working in Sports and Venue Management, I made the move to full-time fitness 2016.
I have been instructing group fitness since 2012, and in 2015 I became certified as a Personal Training Specialist.
I began participating in Triathlon in 2012 and have been hooked ever since. I have completed three 70.3 distance races, and multiple Sprint and Olympic triathlons. In January of 2016 I completed the NCCP Community Triahtlon Coaching certification.
Born and raised in Mississauga, I am currently working in Toronto, Peel and Halton. I take great pride in helping others to achieve their goals, and my move to pursue full-time coaching has been the most rewarding decision of my life
I am a big believer in pushing others to achieve their very best by overcoming not only physical, but mental barriers. I am also the founder of Fitness for Mental Health
